BURNETT BAYLAND PARK

Agha Engineering, LLC is PRIME on the Burnett Bayland Park 40-arce project for Harris County Pct 4. Burnett will serve as the premier park and destination for the residents as well as a hub for community activities. In addition, the park features skate park, walking trails, community center, play areas, basketball courts etc.

Project includes a Drainage Study, Landscape Architectural (includes Landscape, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Structural, Architecture, Tree Survey), Survey, Traffic Study, Geotechnical, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), and Environmental Studies for the entire park.
