Agha Engineering, LLC is professional engineering services required for the preparation of the Plans Specifications, Estimates (PS&E) packages, and bidding for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) Sam Houston Toll Road Segment 3 project, between IH10 and US59.

The project includes the all electronic tolling conversion of the toll road with the addition of safety improvements, freeway widening to accommodate vehicular capacity, and roadway drainage improvements.

H&H
Agha Engineering, LLC is providing H&H support services to conduct riverine analysis for approximately 40 crossings along Beltway 8, for approximately 2/3 of the entire beltway 8 loop.
